You must be 18 years or older to commission me.

I have the right to deny any commission for any reason.

Any and all characters commissioned must be either owned by you, or must have permission from the character's owner. Characters from popular franchises will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

You may not use my art to harass or abuse anyone else including, but not limited to behavior which is aggressive, rude, sexual harassment or blackmail.

Full Payment is due up-front before any work begins.

If you need to cancel your commission, you will be granted a refund based on how much work has been completed. Please note that due to PayPal fees, you may not receive the full amount.

If you need to cancel your commission after work has begun, you will be sent all work completed so far.

If your commission is terminated due to inappropriate behavior (harassment, rudeness, etc), I will not refund your payment and you will be blacklisted immediately from ordering again.

You will be provided with sketches and WIP updates during the commissioning process.

During the sketch period, edits and adjustments will be free and accepted. After the sketch page all further edits will be between $15-$30 depending on complexity.

Please be patient. I will do my best to keep you updated on the progress, and will let you know if delays are expected.

Upon completion, you will be sent a full-res image of your commission.

I retain all commercial rights to any commissions I create. I do not claim ownership of any character which isn't my own creation.

You are free to upload any artwork done by me to any website/social medias you want as long as credit is given.

If you do not want me to publish your artwork, you must let me during the ordering stage before I start work.
